States We Ship To: All states except AL, AR, DE, IN, LA, MS, RI, SD, and UT. To ship to AK or HI, please call us at 800-426-9463. We are constantly working to add states to our distribution.

Weather Holds: To request we hold your shipment until weather patterns change, please contact Customer Care at 1-800- 426-9463 (Mon - Fri | 9am - 4:30pm PT) immediately after you’ve placed your order. Please have your order number available. Requests outside of our normal business hours are not guaranteed.

Shipping Cut-off: We process and ship orders the next business day when received before 4pm PT. Orders placed after 4pm PT will ship the following business day; those placed on Friday after 4pm PT will ship the following Monday, regardless of delivery method.
